This Privacy Policy explains how 合同会社 Yamamoto Travel collects and uses personal information through its website, inquiries, bookings, payments, tours, planning, and related travel support.

The contact form collects:

• First name, optional last name, email, and optional telephone or WhatsApp number
• Inquiry subject, optional travel dates, and optional group size
• The travel plans or questions entered in the message

Booking or planning may also require traveler names, pickup or hotel details, itinerary preferences, dietary needs, allergies, age ranges, or accessibility information. Provide another person’s information only with their authority and only where needed.

Bókun may collect booking and traveler information through the Osaka booking widget. Stripe processes card payments, and PayPal may be offered for some transactions. These providers process payment or booking information under their own privacy terms.

When payment details are entered directly with a payment provider, Yamamoto Travel does not receive the complete card number. It may receive the customer name, email, billing details, amount, payment status, limited payment-method information, and refund or dispute data needed to manage the transaction.

Website infrastructure and loaded services may process an IP address, browser or device information, request time, referring page, interactions, and security or error information. The current website has no dedicated analytics or advertising tracker.

The site uses browser local storage for the theme preference and homepage introduction state. Third-party widgets may use their own cookies or storage. See the Cookie Policy.

• Coordinate schedules, pickup points, transport, and customer needs

Yamamoto Travel does not sell personal information. Information may be shared where needed with providers that support the requested service, such as payment and booking platforms, email and hosting providers, drivers, guides, venues, activity providers, or professional advisers. It may also be disclosed where required by law.

Verified website services include Bókun, Stripe, Resend, MapTiler with MapLibre, and Trustindex for Tripadvisor reviews. PayPal may be offered for payment. Some providers may process information outside Japan.

MapTiler supplies map data and geocoding used with MapLibre. When a user searches for a hotel on a tour map, the search text and related technical request information are sent to MapTiler. MapLibre is the map-rendering library and does not itself operate a Yamamoto Travel customer account.

Family bookings may include limited information about children. Customers may also choose to provide dietary, allergy, mobility, or accessibility information needed to plan or deliver a service. Do not provide medical records or more sensitive information than necessary.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, customer support, transaction records, accounting or tax obligations, security, disputes, and legal requirements. Yamamoto Travel uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about your personal information or request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of use. Some data may need to be retained for active services, transactions, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal reasons. Send requests to contact@yamamototravel.com.

Yamamoto Travel may send messages needed for an inquiry, booking, payment, itinerary, safety matter, or requested service. The current website does not include a newsletter signup. Any future marketing messages will use an appropriate consent or other lawful basis and an available opt-out method.
