Reach out through the Contact page, email, or WhatsApp and share your travel dates, group size, preferred cities, and the experiences you are considering. Once I receive your inquiry, I will review your request and normally reply within 24–48 hours with availability and the next steps.

The Osaka Walking Tour is booked and paid for directly through the Bókun checkout, using the payment methods shown there. For Kyoto, Nara, Kyoto Mountain, and planning services, your inquiry and arrangements are confirmed first. You will then receive the applicable Stripe-based invoice or payment request, with methods that may include credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where supported. Your booking is confirmed through the payment and confirmation process communicated for your service.

After you submit the contact form, we will arrange a Zoom call to discuss your itinerary, travel style, interests, pace, and overall preferences. I will then create an initial itinerary for you to review and refine together. Depending on your trip, I can also assist with attraction recommendations and planning advice. Planning availability is limited each month, so I recommend reaching out at least three months before your travel dates whenever possible.

Every trip is customized around your travel plans. Pricing depends on factors such as group size, destinations, tour duration, planning days, transportation requirements, food preferences, and the level of support you need. Before confirming anything, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the final price, inclusions, and scope of service.

When you book a tour or planning service, I continue supporting you throughout your stay whenever possible. This may include communication support, transportation guidance, luggage assistance, itinerary adjustments, and practical travel advice.
