Yamamoto Travel’s online payment system is based on Stripe. Depending on the transaction and current payment setup, available methods may include credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where supported. Osaka bookings use the methods shown in the Bókun checkout. The methods available for a particular transaction will be shown on the applicable booking interface, invoice, payment link, or checkout page.

The applicable payment requirement and timing depend on the service and will be communicated during booking or shown in the relevant quotation, invoice, or checkout information. No universal deposit percentage or balance deadline applies. See the Payment Policy.

Tours and scheduled experiences are provided on the confirmed booking date and time. Travel-planning and custom-itinerary services are performed or delivered according to the agreed service schedule.

If digital products are offered in the future, their delivery or access timing will be displayed at purchase. This does not indicate that such products are currently available.

Tours may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. For private-vehicle bookings, the vehicle component may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the tour. Customer-requested changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing. See Cancellation & Refunds.
