2. Selling Price & Additional Fees (販売価格および追加料金)

Tour / Service / Digital Product Prices:

All prices are displayed on individual product or booking pages and include applicable consumption tax unless otherwise stated.

Additional Charges:

•Credit Card & PayPal Processing Fees: Included in the listed price unless specified.

•Bank Transfer Fees (if applicable): Paid by customer.

•Transportation & Attraction Entry Fees: Not included unless explicitly mentioned in the product details.

•International Transaction Fees: May apply depending on your card issuer or payment method.

3. Payment Methods & Timing (支払方法および支払時期)

Payment Due Date:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bank transfers must be confirmed before the service begins.

4. Delivery of Services (サービスの提供時期)

Tours & Experiences:

Booking confirmation will be emailed immediately after payment.

Digital Products (PDF Guides, Maps):

A download link will be delivered instantly via email upon successful payment.

Custom Travel Planning Services (if applicable):

Delivery timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy (キャンセルおよび返金ポリシー)

Guest-Initiated Cancellations (お客様都合のキャンセル)

Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

How to Cancel: Contact us via email or website contact form.

Digital Products (PDF Guides)

•Non-refundable due to the nature of the product. All sales are final.

Company-Initiated Cancellations (事業者都合のキャンセル)

•If cancellation is necessary due to weather, safety, or operational issues, you may receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

Modification Policy

•We will try to accommodate changes in time or date if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Refund Processing (返金の処理)

Stripe Payments: Refunds may take up to 10 business days. Stripe’s original transaction fees are non-refundable.

PayPal Payments: Processed promptly, but final refund timing depends on PayPal’s policies. PayPal does not refund transaction fees.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Stripe: A $15 dispute fee is charged per case, even if resolved in our favor. Disputes may take up to 75 days.

PayPal: Please contact us directly before filing a claim. Most issues can be resolved quickly on our end.
